RETURN PROCEDURES

You can send your product free of charge from ShipEntegra branches by using the company code for returns. The cost of shipments made with other cargo will be covered by the sender, returns sent with a counter payment will not be accepted and will be returned to you. The products will be checked by our team to ensure that they are not damaged. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with payment.




Products whose return cargo has not arrived cannot be returned. We process returns after the cargo reaches us.




Products whose labels have been removed, used or damaged so that they cannot be sold again cannot be returned.

HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL/RETURN AN ORDER THAT WILL BENEFIT FROM THE FREE SHIPPING CAMPAIGN?
The free shipping campaign is valid without a minimum basket limit, and if the products you have purchased are not enough to meet the campaign conditions after the return, and you return all the products in your order, the free shipping campaign will be canceled and the refund will be made considering the cancellation of the campaign. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SEND AN WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
In case of defective or wrong product shipment, you must definitely select the correct reason for return.
