Distance Sales Contract is the basis of the agreement, which covers the electronic order made by the buyer on the seller's website www.btstilist.com, and aims to organize the information about the characteristics and sales price of the product specified below. It is about determining the rights and obligations between the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Implementation of Distance Contracts. 3. The goods/services will be delivered to the person/organization named …… residing at the …… address specified by the buyer. 4. The buyer declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and preliminary information regarding delivery of the contracted products on the seller's website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. 5. The contracted product will be delivered to the buyer or the person/organization at the address specified by the buyer within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the buyer's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period for each product. 6. If the contracted product is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery. 7. The seller is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any. 8. For the delivery of the contracted product, the product price must be paid with the payment method preferred by the buyer. If the product price is not paid or is canceled in bank records for any reason, the seller is deemed to have been released from the obligation to deliver the product. 9. If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the seller due to the unfair or illegal use of the buyer's credit card by unauthorized persons not caused by the buyer's fault after the delivery of the product, the buyer is obliged to send the product to the seller within 3 days. 10. If the seller cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the time limit due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation, the buyer is obliged to notify the buyer. In this case, the buyer may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order, replace it with a comparable product or postpone the delivery period until the preventing situation is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order, the amount paid by the buyer shall be paid to him/her in cash and in a lump sum within 10 days. 11. Defective or broken products, whether or not sold with a warranty certificate, may be sent to the seller for the necessary repair under warranty conditions, in which case the shipping costs will be covered by the seller. 12. Our company is not responsible for typographical errors and incorrect price entry. 13. The buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the product within the scope of the contract. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified by fax, e-mail or phone within the specified period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of Article 6. In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, if the product has been delivered to a 3rd party or the buyer, the cargo delivery report copy regarding the product sent to the seller and the original invoice must be returned. The product price will be returned to the buyer within 7 days following the receipt of these documents by the seller. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The cargo cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the buyer. 14. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be returned due to their nature, are single-use, copyable software and programs, products that deteriorate quickly or have expired. In addition, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal for the products specified below, the packaging of the product must be unopened, intact and unused. 15. In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the buyer or seller are authorized. 16. If the order is placed, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of the Distance Sales Agreement.
